"I was lead to believe my name would be added to a previous account, paid with my card, and waited for the product to arrive. After weeks of waiting, the product had arrived, but was forwarded to the address of the person whose name had previously been on the account. If the lady in customer service had told me she was not going to add my name to the account, I would have happily gotten my own account. Instead, she lead me to believe I was added to the account and I'm out my 5 lb dog's prescription, money, and time on the phone telling them my story and to listen to the recorded call! Beware of their poor customer service!"
