I reviewed the order referenced for this review, and that order was delivered 3 business days from the shipping date, by UPS. Amazon was never involved in this shipment. You also have two more orders, and one of those order did ship out with Amazon shipping, but they handed it over to USPS for delivery. The other order was shipped with USPMI, who handed it over to USPS for delivery. Both of those orders were delivered 5 business days from their respective shipping date. As a result of this information, I am not sure which order you are referring to, and would appreciate any more detail you can share. Thank you for your time! - Sarah B”
