Received wrong sizes on custom flip flops

"I am SO disappointed! I ordered 6 custom Happy Birthday flip flops on 2/8/19 and didn't received them until 2/26/19. My daughters party is on 3/2/19 so there isn't time to fix it. The wrong sizes were too small. I should have looked at the reviews BEFORE placing an order and shopped elsewhere!"

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

"I have never been treated so poorly by anyone! I just had a very awful conversation with one of CafePress' “friendly” representatives, Santania. She was uninformed, rude, and refused to help me with my order. When I asked to speak with anyone else to simply find out what’s going on she said “everyone’s on the line” and there was a problem with the system and she “didn’t know what was going on” and would not help me any further, but constantly asked “do you want to cancel or confirm it?”

I was charged over $300 from CAFEPRESS.com. I have a bank statement to prove this. The CafePress Customer Rep said that it wasn’t CafePress and that I was lying. When I asked if she could explain this and tell me why it was charged (I understand problems can happen) she stated she wasn’t “concerned with XYZ, did I want to cancel it or confirm it.” I just wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged again if I confirmed or that I would be refunded the money if I canceled. She refused to give me any help or insight into my order.

I am appalled at how poorly I was treated and her lack of knowledge about anything to do with my order or CAFEPRESS.com itself.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Big fat jerks!

"I ordered a baby onesie from them and my total AT CHECKOUT was $20.90, which I had proof of. However, over $35 was taken out of my account. I contacted them with the proof of the cost discrepancy and they waived the shipping cost. This put my new total at $29.06 still over $8 what my total was AT CHECKOUT. I contacted them about this and they said their prices "change daily." This would be an acceptable excuse except for the fact that it changed in the millisecond I clicked on confirm order to the conformation email. Ridiculous!!"

No First Amendment Here -- CafePress Refuses Ideas With Which They Disagree

"Despite what The Constitution says, if CafePress staff don't agree it will be refused. THEIR ideas, not yours, are what determine which products get made. For example, at CafePress abortion is good but guns are bad. Illegal aliens are good, police and military veterans are bad. Muslim designs are acceptable, Christian designs are not. Hating President Trump is good, liking President Trump is bad. Therefore, CafePress will allow hate if it matches their hate. If your truth is their hate, you will be denied. "

FALSE ADVERTISING compared to website pics

"My boyfriend ordered for me the Better Call Saul travel mug for a Christmas gift - which was based on what he saw it looked like on cafepress' website (which looked great on the website).

The first mug that arrived looked like a preschooler did it (see pics, in comments section). Words were cut off, margins didn't match so that words read correctly, and the entire font of it was way too large to go in that mug (which is why it looked as awful as it did).

We called to request an exchange, but my comment to that customer service rep was that I hope whatever the replacement was that gets sent out looks nothing like the one originally received.

Received the exchange today and looks exactly as horrible as the first one. It is an absolute joke and looks like a 3 year old assembled it. AGAIN.

Called their customer service line to explain the situation, and I told her I would like to be able to send the original as well as the replacement back to then so that their "Production Dept" can see how totally horrible these two mugs look. And she said that they would prefer that they just be "donated to a local charity", "given to someone", or "thrown out". Wtf???

( WHY WOULD I GIVE THESE TO PEOPLE OR DONATE PRODUCTS THAT LOOK AWFUL???)

I told the rep (who sounded like she could care less) that she's completely missing the point, and that their product needs to be taken off of the website if that is how they are going to send them to people who actually *want* the product as it ACTUALLY appears on their website.

She could not provide any other answer for me other than to either "throw them out" or "give them away". What an absolute joke this company is.

Just a heads up for anybody who wants to order products from what they see on their website versus what they may actually receive in the mail.

They seem confused about what dispatching an item means

"Marked item as dispatched on 20th December, email received saying it had been dispatched, was not dispatched at all until 28th Dec. This somehow is considered to be my confusion? And they feel they have fulfilled their obligation as they are within the timescales they said. Awful, misleading process. Don’t bother shopping here. Customer service is none existent."

"I ordered a beach towel and a pillow case. The beach towel is so thin that I can almost see through it; not what I would expect for $24.95. WalMart has nicer quality towels. And the pillow case was fleece instead of a sheet-like material. Both items were so cheaply made that I ended up buying other gifts to give. Embarrassment. "

They'll make custom content...if they approve of it

"Despite being a company that creates custom items, those items must fit within their guidelines of what's appropriate. Nevermind that these items are not for resale, public display, or will ever appear on their website; if you want to print something as a gift that the company doesn't approve of, forget it. This sort of repression of expression and censorship is horrifying, and I will not be using Cafe Press again."

Customer Service ****

"So I ordered 2 maternity tshirts this past Tuesday and paid the extra ridiculous amount of $27.99 for delivery today (Friday). What I received is an email stating that it was shipped today and estimated delivery date would be Monday!!! Why offer guaranteed delivery by a certain date and charge for it when you have no intention of honoring it. I called CS and spoke with Micheal who proceeded to tell me that what went wrong was it was shipped today rather than delivered, well duh. I already knew that and that was the reason I called. So rather than correct their mistake they expect me to just be happy it is being delivered at all. I guess Micheal didn't understand the 3 times that I told him that the reason that I needed it by today was that I would be out of town visiting the person the shirts were intended for. I will not be there to sign for the item on Monday and therefore have no need for them now. First and last time I shop through them. Do yourself a favor and keep looking."

"I placed an order with cafe press just over 2 weeks ago , the payment all went through the money has been taken out of my bank account and I received an email to say that my order has been shipped , they even Gave me an order number and tracking number for Royal Mail to track my order since then I’ve been trying to track my order and it’s unable to trace order , it’s like my order has not been placed! I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and still not received my order "

BOGUS SHIPPING

"So wish I had checked these reviews before ordering from CP. I paid for the quickest shipping....not cheap! as we all know... because their website said I would receive the package BY Tuesday. Now, on Monday, I receive an email that it's being delivered on Wednesday. My purchase was a gift and we're leaving town on Wednesday - of course, I wouldn't have shelled out the extra $25 for shipping if not for their lying website. Now that I have to have the packaged held at the FedEx store for a week, CP basically stole $25 from me.

I'll be shopping elsewhere. Get bent CP.
