Update: Received package after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong colors. I didn't bother calling and having them fix it since it might take a long time again."

This is a great company. We needed an Svideo cable, and Pricewatch pointed to them as having the lowest price ($2, free ships). There resellerrating then was 9.00, very high. When we ordered, the site stated that the minimum order was $5 (very understandable, considering shipping was free and the cable was so inexpensive).
So we tossed into the Svid 6' cable an order for a USB 2 cable 10' for $3.45, totaling $5.45. Then we proceeded to order with the free USPS shipping option. When the package arrived, everything was very much in order, the shipping was fast, and the envelope said $1.78 on it!
I wonder how much/little profit they get per order, but with excellent prices on cables and with free shipping, they rock!

"I placed an order from Cables & Connector Technologies on July 3rd for various cables and adapters totaling approximately six dollars. I have been patiently awaiting the arrival of the merchandise since then. It is now July 17th and I still have not received anything. Upon checking the order status on their web site, I see that they still have not shipped anything. Fourteen days after placing the order, they are still "processing." No phone call or email attempt was made to let me know that this order would take over two weeks to ship. When I attempted to contact them by telephone, I was greeted with a message stating that they would be closed Thursday and Friday, so now I will have to wait until Monday before I can even reach them. Needless to say, I will never order from them again."

"On Tuesday, June 17, 2003, I placed an order for 2 Y-Power Splitters(Item #YPS-D5.25), and a nice little Multimedia Keyboard(Item #KB-MCK-800PS2). I recieved my order on Monday, June 23, 2003. The Y-Power splitters were of good quality and just what I'd been needing since I replaced my PSU. The keyboard I was sent, however, was not the model number which I had ordered, being Model No. MCK-600-02, an internet keyboard with no multimedia function. I just e-mailed info @callcct.com to try and remedy this situation and will keep this updated as to response.
Update: 06/24/03
Called the company today and talked to a representative. He seemed genuinly upset that they had made a mistake, and said that he would ship out the correct keyboard today. And to my great surprise, he said that I could keep the keyboard thaey had sent me by mistake, as it would cost more to send it back than it was worth. I am very satisfied with this company and will be doing business with them in the future."
"I've only ordered from CCT once. IMHO they provided exceptional service and value.
I was shopping for VGA cables and Cat5e 100BaseT cables. I found everything I needed on their website except that I was hoping to find 3' extra-shielded VGA cables and they only had 6' ones. I placed my order around midnight. In the box where it asked whether I found everything I wanted, I noted that I had been hoping to find 3' VGA cables.
When I received the automatic email confirmation a few minutes later, I realized that I had accidentally ordered 5' Cat5e cables instead of 3' ones. I replied to the confirmation letter and asked for this change.
My order was shipped the following morning and arrived in 2 working days as promised. Not only did they substitute the 3' Cat5 cables per my email, but someone evidently noticed my note saying that I had hoped to find 3' VGA cables, and substituted them for the 6' ones (at a lower price of course). The shorter cables are a big help in my crowded little office.
In addition, the prices were excellent. I will buy from CCT again and do not hesitate to recommend them. "

"This is a perfect example of how NOT to do business. I had ordered from CCT many times in the past and gotten great deals and fast service from them, and after this last order I was set to leave a positive comment here about their site. But they changed.
My last order in January was for a blue floppy cable. The site said it was in stock. I authorized the credit card payment, and soon after their order tracking information said that the IDE cable I ordered, and the floppy cable, were both shipped. However I received a package containing only the IDE cable. I inquired and they told me they were out of stock (when the site had said first of all that the cable WAS in stock, then that it had even been SHIPPED to me!) Now, after many frustrating e-mails with the rude and worthless CCT staff, I'm convinced that they never intend to deliver the floppy cable I ordered. They told me to give them 10 weeks to straighten things out, well it has been 20! I will never do business with CCT again and I don't recommend anyone else do either."
