Did not deliver as promised

"Ordered power cables and requested overnight shipping. Took over 24 hrs to create a label. Emailed them to voice frustration and was met with combativeness. Would not recommend or use again especially for mission critical."

Best Pricing on Ethernet Cables, Fiber Optic Cables and Outdoor Cables I have found Review

"Excellent pricing on cat6 cables, cat6a cables, cat5e cables, fiber optic cables, outdoor cables, data center cables and hospital grade ethernet and power cords. I use this website often and surprised to see all of the fake reviews.

I have had excellent experience with Cables.com and submit this review so that people know they are a good business.

They ship fast, answer the phone and always give me a discount. I have used them for many years. They have been in business since 2001 but I have only used them the past 5 years with no issues.

Suggest buying somewhere else, this company has no concept of customer service

"NET: Small company (VP is answering chat) that can't handle orders while apparently prone to temper tantrums. Be careful not to ask any questions about order delays because they will just cancel it.

Details:
I ordered a 200 ft cable from these guys because they were offering a good discount and their website proudly proclaims "ORDERS SHIP SAME DAY".
Here's the facts:
I ordered before the ship-same-day cutoff time on the 15th. Fortunately I paid with paypal because I didn't receive any further communication from cables.com (it didn't go to spam b/c I checked).
The next day I went on their site to check my order status and their online tools says "no order found". So I chatted with Vikas Dayal, who answered the chat quickly and apparently is their VP. After looking for my order awhile, he tells me it is scheduled to be built the next day (17th). I asked why I didn't receive an order confirmation and why they were advertising same day shipment on orders and apparently that **** Mr Dayal off because next thing I get a notice that they had cancelled my order and refunded the charge.
Most companies that understand customer service would have apologized for being tardy and perhaps even upgraded the shipping to get my product to me asap. Mr Dayal just cancelled the order. So I've got to order from somewhere else and this has caused me days in delay.
