"I recently bought a 35 ft long USB Active Extension cable. After installing through an attic and to walls, I discovered the cable didn't work. Yes, I tried multiple computer ports and checked the USB hub. The evidence points toward a faulty cable. Upon calling customer service, they completely understood and shipped me a new cable. I am expecting it tomorrow. As the original cable is still in the "construction", I'll use that cable to feed the new cable through the same path. Of course I'll test the new cable first before installing. This service is great because I don't have to crawl in the hot attic twice. The new cable will come with the appropriate return paperwork and I didn't have to pay again for the second cable. Once everything tests out okay, I'll return the original cable in the new shipping box. This is about as good as online service can be. Thanks, Cablewholesale. I will be buying from you again!"
