"When I placed the order, the web site responded quickly with an email confirmation and tracking information. The items ordered were delivered when promised in good condition. The package was pretty beat up, but the items were undamaged. I would definitely consider using them again."

"I recieved my order promptly, but must ask how secure your company is. This was the last purchase before our credit card company called to report a fradulent charge in France using our card. I am not saying that it was one of your employees but please check."

"Great. Used the live chat feature to obtain additional billing information. Product was delivered in 2 days. I did ask on live chat and after receiving product, sent a follow-up email requesting a corrected invoice(without sales tax). I still haven't received the corrected invoice. My business credit card was charged the corrected amount, however I must submit invoices to our finance department. UPDATE: Same day I wrote this comment, the corrected invoice was emailed to me. Thanks again and I will definitely visit this site again. "
