Horrible experience.

"Visited the Shrewsbury, MA store. After sitting there for 3 hours with the sales rep while he was trying to figure out how to use his computer program to build a kitchen design, we left the store after putting a 50% deposit down because we were told that was what we had to do to lock in a 25% discount. When getting ready to complete the purchase over the phone, I asked what ready to assemble meant, as this was listed on the invoice, and the sales rep said I told you about that, you have to put them together. After going back and forth with him on the phone, we decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund of our deposit. The sales rep got mad and said he would take care of that. It has been 7 days, and we have not seen the refund yet, and haven't heard back from the store, after trying to contact them via email and phone calls.
We are now looking at our options to receive our deposit, as we did not go through with placing the order.
I do not recommend doing business with this company!
