"I enjoy most of the staff at Child Time and have seen a positive affect on my child. I have voiced concerns which are typically handled timely. We do have a hard time affording the cost of this particular school, however, we are trying to obtain assistance. Since COVID-19, obtaining assistance has been much harder as their system is very backed up. I would love for my child to continue attending this school, however, I'm unsure how much longer we can afford it."

They used to cry when dropped off at their old daycare, but that hasn't happened once at this school. I also notice walking in that school age children are sitting around and playing on their phones at times. Like to see more engagement with the children, activities, education, homework time ect...I can find a sitter and pay them the same to come to my house, I feel I pay for education at a preschool, and would like to see more of this."

"i think the assistant director chooses favorites when it comes to children based on if she likes there parents or not. the school age teacher is amazing. the teachers that are in and out of the 2-3 yr old rooms are young and immature in my opinion. My daughter consitantly doesnt even have her diaper on properly. they some how go through diapers way faster than they should like they are using them on other children. which i know they do because my child comes home atleast 3 days a week in a different diaper than what i proved. I think it is rude when i walk in and out of the school without being noticed, a simple hi and bye would be nice by the person sitting at the front desk. I would appreciate being told how my daughters day was everyday and not just when she is bad. I think there could be much more communication from everyone. Other than Miss Tina, she is amazing! she is the only person in that building that communicates with my about my child daily and goes above and beyond what should be expected. If there was another daycare in Whiteland i would 100% consider taking my child somewhere else. I beileve many kids would go somewhere else if there was another daycare in whiteland and i know this because i know lots of parents that have taken there kids out and they had to bring them back because no other daycare provides transportation to Whiteland school."
