"Quick turnover of staff. Almost no personal child supervision. Children are allowed to bring electronics with ZERO supervision as to what they're watching or playing. Kids who'd parents chose not to let their kids bring electronics still participate with other kids' devices."

"Neutral to positive. We find that our child's primary teacher is nurturing and very engaged, but other staff seem unsure of her needs and hesitant when we ask questions about our child's care. We have had to request things to be done for our child's safety multiple times before it is actually done. Additionally,the director, Taylor, never seems happy or that she enjoys her job."

"Childtime has truly blew my expectations out of the water. My 3 year old was enrolled in a different school prior to coming to Childtime. There were no daily records, staff wasn’t knowledgeable about his day, and a variety of other mishaps. I was to the point where I couldn’t even go throughout my work day without worrying about my son. Since coming to Childtime we’ve experience nothing but positivity. His teachers are very warm loving and caring. They take great interest in everything my son does. He is exciting to come to Childtime every day. The care he recieves is nothing short of what I would provide for him at home. The school, the teachers are just amazing"

The company has no problem raising tuition, yet they forget about what holds the school together - the teachers. The teachers need more. More supplies, more recognition, and more money!!! "The staff is really friendly and the teachers in the infant one classroom really engage with the babies. You can tell they really like the babies and are excited for their growth! They always keep us updated and it has made for a good overall experience so far."

"Everyone seems kind although there are underlying issues that need to be addressed ASAP. Proper medical training! My child had a fever of 102 and was sitting balled up in the corner in pain, I was never contacted and was lied to about her temperature being taken and it being 97. You could feel the heat coming from her body she complained of stomach pain, a sore throat and a headache as well. WHY WAS I NEVER CONTACTED??? Also not knowing how my child came to have a lump under her eye but then writing an incident report stating otherwise (falsified incident report) I’m assuming to try and cover their end."
