"We are happy with the director and our daughter's teacher (Ms. Ismath). Both are excellent at communicating needs, if issues arise, and updates about our daughter's progress. I find that not all teachers in the room are of this caliber and I would like to see more of an organized curricula with more reading time, sensory building, songs, numbers, letters, sign language, coloring, etc."

"The teachers are great, however the communication is not. If I'm picking my child up and have a question, there are times where the regular teacher is not there. The teacher who is there has no answer for me. While this bothers me, I will admit, it doesn't happen as often now that my child is in another classroom."
"My biggest problem with the school is that no one seems to know much about anything, the rotation of staff is disappointing, and the fact that whenever there is a problem and you try to talk to the principal she raises her voice, and listens to yell back; not to understand what you're trying to talk about. Talking to the principal is like talking to a wall. NOTHING EVER GETS DONE"

"Over all I am disappointed. the location was perfect,but The cost is way to expensive. The Teacher Ms.Kim was great,Happy,and very informative. Unfortunately, i asked Ms. Kim to send me a picture of my daughters breakfast and lunch to see what my child is eating during the day,and it looked absolutely disgusting. The tuna casserole looked yucky I would not eat that nor would i feed that to my child. For as much money as I was paying for 1 child Id hope her food would've been of better quality. For a single mother 1,000.00 a month is unthinkable.Thank you for your temporary assistance ChildTime . Good Luck"
"We really love our school and our infant teacher. She's the BEST and truly loves our daughter. Would like more clear communication regarding my 2 year olds daily/weekly activity and progress. What she's learning and doing. This would be helpful to know so we can help her at home with more learning and exercises. Also when she will be moving to a new classroom and the plan for her growth at school."
"The staff seemed very pleasant; however, the overall cleanliness of the facility was an issue. Also, the front door seemed to be broken and 2 men were walking around the front of the facility ( one went inside ) that seemed to not be employees nor parents, yet had access to the building and made me question the security of the facility."
