"Most of the staff is very pleasant, occasionally you hear gossip and they ignore you upon arrival or departure unless you engage in conversation.However, my children love being there and have been developing social, educational and life skills."

"While we are generally happy with the teachers at this school and feel that our children are safe, there is a culture of coldness that is surprising. We're often not greeted when we enter and I get the sense that my family is seen as another tuition payment rather than individuals. Sometimes the teachers are not proactive about communicating our children's needs like when they need a change of clothes. It's hard enough as a working parent to not be able to stay home with our kids during the week, so when we're made to feel guilty at pickup after working late hours, it's very disheartening."

"Director does not seem very friendly at times although I do feel she has improved over the last few months. The kids love the different activities, which are always very creative. My biggest request is to stop asking/suggesting gifts for teachers each day of the week during teachers appreciation week. It is tacky and inappropriate. If parents want to get gifts for the teachers, we will do so without being asked to. I can’t imagine asking for a gift because I do my job everyday!"

"They are decent baby sitters. The cost is not great. I think Ms Elaina thinks she is better than everyone, certainly better than me. Ms Alma and Ms Jasmin are beyond lovely and attentive. Dynisha is also a complete delight along with Ms Cari- unfortunately none of the women I just listed are involved with my child daily. There are major inconsistencies from each member of the team. As a single parent, I am forced to take my child to day care but Child time would not be my first pick especially knowing that we had a much better school, that was teaching her language immersion skills in Spanish and fine motor skill development through play that was much more affordable and didn’t charge me when she was sick. Sadly the “corporate policy environment” may be what is ruining this brand. Luckily, we won’t be there much longer regardless and my son will never attend your school."

"My second child is now going there after my first went for 5 years. I have always had positive experiences and have a great relationship with the director. The only thing that is a concern of late is the teacher turn over. Not sure what is impacting retention but would love to see some consistency with teachers."

"Amber has by far been the greatest part of my sons time at Childtime. She makes sure to tell me in detail how my sons day went, the activities they did, how much lunch he ate, and what he liked and disliked during the day. My son has speech and developmental services and she has even paid special attention during those visits to be able to help my son when the therapists aren’t there. It really means a lot to have someone truly looking out for his well being while in their care. The facility in general is very clean and my son has a lot of fun."
