"Since the new director and assistant director came on board I feel the atmosphere is very tense when I drop off and pick up my children. There was Karate offered at the center for a long time and once the new director came on board, it's no longer there and it was explained to me that it came from corporate.Also, receiving an email early Monday mornings at 7:30am to advise me that my payment is past due is a little over board considering the center just opened an hour prior. I pay a lot of money to have my children at the center and honestly the only reason I'm there is because the other center I used for my school age child no longer cares for infants. I have no complaints about the infant room at the center, I adore all the teachers and love to see my little one enjoying them. The difficultly comes from the school age group. There was a few questions that I asked the new director when they started and they did not know the answer to the questions, so took my contact info, but never received a call back. Also, when questions are asked to management, you receive different answers depending on which member of management you ask.Lastly, another positive I like that the center takes the school age children to school and picks them up from school and takes them back to the center."

"We love this school and the teachers! But they need to work on communication. A lot of teachers are coming and going, without any notice to the parents. I shouldn’t have to ask “who’s that teacher watching my child” when I notice somebody new in his class. They should tell us of any changes to the staff."

I do not recommend this school at all. The director does not care about the kids. She’s only there for pay check, the turnaround in teachers a madden, and the center is not clean, the lock on the door was broken for months. Most times they can’t even keep up with your kids things, sometimes they never even knew what class the child is in. They do not have a lesson and they do there because to charge you fees you did not agree to, ex I was told even though my kid does use the daipera there they have to charge me and I can fight Corp for the correction. Let’s not talk about how very unorganized they, please do not take your kids to this disgusting place. I have never experienced so much unprofessional people. I inquired about something that belong to my kid and one lady didn’t even speak English she has no clue what I was saying, and she was teacher wow is right.... take you kids someone else please"
