"I arrived early and the director was busy but still managed to greet me and my child. She gave me a brief summary of what was going to take place on the tour after verifying my information. Once we began the tour there were parents arriving to pick up their children and she greeted all. She listened and answered all my questions. she showed me all the areas my child would be using. The staff was very nice also. Its definitely one of my top choices. Thank you for the tour!!!!"

I love the updates I get throughout the day with the PreciouStatus App. My little man is learning and growing and it has been a wonderful experience for him to attend Childtime. "So far, we love the staff and care that has been provided to our daughter. The staff have been very accommodating and willing to do whatever has been asked. I cannot say enough good things about the infant room staff and director. My only recommendation is that the building could use some maintenance inside and out to bring the look up to the same level as the care provided in the building."

"I appreciate the great care the staff gives my child, but there are too many specific rules and guidelines. For example signing a waiver to have diaper cream/sun screen applied. This makes no sense to have parental approval, because I am providing it for my child. Obviously I want it applied. Also, my child was the only one in his age group who could walk. He had no toddlers to interact with. So I was trying to push for him to move into the toddler room, but I was told he could not until exactly 18 months old. This was very frustrating. Last, I was called out of work one afternoon because I was told my son had a fever of 103. Daycare told me his temp was taken 3 times. I immediately took him to his pediatrician. His temp was taken and he did not have a fever. I then took this document back to daycare. There was an apology, but I do not know what happened with thermometer equipment. It should be replaced and parents should be notified when a specific incident like this occurs. Also I feel I should have received some sort of discount for the inconvenience."

"I love this school. If I had to make one suggestion it would be that SOME of the teachers need to be more nurturing during drop off. There are a FEW teachers who consistently make me mad. They don't great myself and my son in the morning which makes drop-offs sOOOO hard. Also, they don't introduce themselves to me. It's a terrible feeling to drop your son off and the teacher doesn't even acknowledge your or your child. It's hard for me to leave him and him to leave me. Again, this is only a very few teachers. 90% of wonderful and i love them!!!!"
