"I was really impressed with the new director. She was knowledgeable and getting my son enrolled was super easy and fasy.My concerns were with the teachers. In the afternoon I was never greeted or spoken to. My son was moved to another room and I was told that afternoon when picking him up. The food provided at this location was questionable. I didnt like the fact that my child could not bring his own lunch sometimes. There were several occasions he went without eating because of what was served."

"Poorly managed staff, child are allowing to run rampant as the teacher does nothing to control his class. My children were so traumatized they no longer trust Daycare."

"We used to receive incident reports when our daughter would have something happen at school. We have no received any recently and we only find out from her that she was punched or hit with a chair from another student. We know kids will always get bumps and bruises and we don’t expect one for every little thing, but when it’s another kid physically doing something to another child, i think we should at least be told about it if not an incident report about it."

"This is a fabulous daycare and school! Every single teacher is gentle, loving and caring towards the children. From the phone call to set up the appointment for a tour and the tour with Ms. Sheila the director and the entire time we have been here the entire experience has been positive and encouraging to both my child and myself; engaging to my child and inviting to myself as a parent. I have zero complaints about this facility or it's staff but as a parent there are times questions arise. Every single time I have asked questions, expressed a concern or simply shared a point of view my comments have been taken seriously and if necessary actioned. The directors are so responsive I double check myself before airing any concerns to make sure they are valid and not just me having a bad day. I would highly recommend this Childtime facility to anyone looking for quality care for their child. Even if the price seems a little higher than you feel you can pay for younger children, check your resources, double check for work related discounts and do all you can to put your child in their care. You won't regret it!"
