"This location consistently placed profit over childcare. My child was moved to older childrens rooms to make way for more infants and profits despite my child not meeting their own standards for entering these classes. She could not even walk yet and was moved into a toddler room and hurt by the older kids on a daily basis. Serious bites and bruises from her inability to protect herself from the older kids. Additionally, I have had to take off of work due to no one being present at the daycare 2 hours after they were supposed to be open. This was the friday after Thanksgiving and not listed as a holiday to them. They gave no notice or messages that they would be closed. But at least the staff got the day off!"

"I am overly satisfied with the infant room teachers! They are always doing activities with the babies and sending pictures throughout the day. Rashida and the nurse that work in the infant room are absolutely amazing. They are the most caring and wonderful women I know and I’m glad that my child has them as role models!"

"I have to say, at the Sierra Vista, AZ location Miss Kissie is ALWAYS warm, welcoming, and so kind. Although my child is not in her classroom, we walk through hers everyday and she’s lovely. Greets with a smile. I cant Wait for my child to be old enough for her preschool class! DO NOT LOOSE THIS TEACHER! As far as my toddler experience it’s bern good. I would like to see more activities, learning being done. Thank you."

"I have generally had a great experience with this school until they called me and said I owe money because THEY didn't switch him in the system. I am expected to pay for three months of back pay for the schools mistake. I am also expected to pay more weekly even though my child has been enrolled in their class for 6 months. I'm a single parent with a tight budget, not to have my rate increase over 200 dollars a month. However, Fran, the assistant director, is fantastic and seems to be doing her best. I know this wasn't her idea, so I'm more upset with whatever moron decided that I have to pay for their mistake"

"my son has always been home with his mom, so we were scared to send him to school do to him always having one of us at all times. this school has worked really hard on helping my son learn that when he gits droped off that daddy will be back to pick him up. "This is the worse childcare facility that I have ever had to deal with. My weekly bill is never the same amount. I am uncomfortable with setting up auto payment because of the lack of consistency with my bill amount. They director tells me that my bill changes because of discounts that get automatically removed. This center charges the most in the area and provides the worse care. I would never recommend this school to anyone.And the district coach for the Sierra Vista, AZ location is a condescending ****. I have had to talk to him on several occasions and he has never once resolved any issue. I will be sure to post a fantastic google review for Childtime and will ensure that the community knows how terrible Childtime is."
