"I toured so many day cares and this one stood far above the others. This was the first day care that acknowledged my child. She was talked to and welcomed, just as her dad and I were. This was also the first day care that showed me all of the classes, not just the baby class my daughter would go in. We enrolled our daughter as soon as we got home from the tour. I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive loving environment for my child."

"Within the first week of being enrolled at Childtime, my children all came home with ringworm. My kids tell me the rugs are swept instead of vacuumed because they don’t have a vacuum cleaner. My kids tell me that one of the teachers, Kim, likes to embarrass kids in front of the class even when they’re in tears. The rest of the teachers are great, especially Jessica. She’s always so friendly and kind to my 5 year old, and he loves being in her class. We’ve had billing issues for a solid 2 months where we were billed an incorrect amount every week. This has finally been resolved after many requests. Overall, this school is easy to work with and my kids enjoy it. I particularly appreciate receiving photo, video, and text updates during the day."
