"The director should speak more respectfully to parents that have concerns. They need to hire more genuine staff That really care about their jobs. Constant screaming from director needs to STOP...these children don’t deserve that. Some days are better than others but I can honestly say I would not refer anyone I know to this daycare center. I don’t think the children are in physical harms way. But emotional distress is absolutely a concern of mine. The babies even get yelled at..."

The only challenge we've has was with some things being used that didn't belong to us (blankets, bibbs, etc.), and consistently applying Vaseline to our baby between each diaper change (or perhaps it just isn't always being noted in the Brightwheel app update). The pricing is reasonable compared to other daycares, but overall it is expensive and we have to consider using a family member that has recently become available."
