"I am completely amazed and impressed with the staff at Child Time. I came from a daycare that seemed amazing on the surface but didn't care to enrich my child and help him learn and grow. Having to leave him at that daycare made me feel guilty for having to go to work and leave him in the care of others because i knew he wasn't getting the stimulation and love that he needed. I joined Child Time in Henrietta approximately 10 months ago and it was by far the best decision i have made in my sons life. He is excited to go to school everyday and is always coming home and surprising me with the things that he has learned. I don't feel guilty for leaving him to go to work anymore because I am confident in the care that he is receiving. I used to feel like going to daycare was preventing him from learning because he was wasting time there not being stimulated but now I know he is learning things faster because of the care and attention he is receiving. I cannot thank the teachers and staff at Child Time enough for giving this momma peace of mind! I hope they all realize what a wonderful job they are doing and how important it is, not only for the kids they care for but also us stressed out parents as well!"

"All of the staff care about the children and I've never had any concerns about this.I would love to see the staff interact with parents more. If I ask questions they will answer, but I have to engage them from the director to teachers. They are all nice so it's hard to understand why they don't engage more with parents.I would also like to see the outside grounds around the school picked up. There is so much litter."
