The small size should lead to a feeling of more individual care, but it feels like the classrooms could all use at least one more teacher in them to make it feel less chaotic. Communication with parents on how the day went varies and depends on whether you can pick up before the main teacher leaves for the day. This would also improve with better teacher-to-student ratio."
