"We’ve been very happy with our experience at Childtime. The teachers all seem to genuinely care for our child. Sometimes it feels like there is a lot of rotation among the staff, but even despite that, I do feel like my child is being taken care of and that they’re happy to see him each morning."
"The location and hours are excellent! Helen is great! Not sure why the center is closed on Christmas Eve, as every body would still pay for the stuff, regardless...I understand not every one wuld attend, but nobody is getting refunded for the 24th of December iether... Both my husband and I work full day on the 24th, and now we have to pay for a baby sitter and for the day care on that day.... the other location offering to take the kids is not going to work for us unfortunately...We hoped the Helm Street center would be open at least until 3 p.m. on the 24th as it had been posted previously..."

"My son has been here since he was 4 months old. I have loved every minute of his experience here. The staff are amazing and gave me such a sense of security while leaving my son. The director really seems to care for the school and the families that attend. You can tell it is a warm and loving environment as soon as you walk in the front door. Thank you ladies for all you do. "I have absolutely loved the school since my Child started in the infant room. He has had amazing teachers and we have loved the directors. I never considered leaving until this past year when we got a new director. we saw many teachers leave after this change, and that to me is a reflection of them feeling under valued and not supported. It saddens me that we are moving on, but we need to do what is best for our child and our family."
"My son has attended this facility for 2 years and in that time he has had more than 30 care providers due to the extremely high turnover. He has been bitten 7 times with the staff showing no concern or action for prevention. The center director is unresponsive. An inquiry or concern almost always takes multiple emails from me to receive any response. There are much better centers in the area for the price you pay. I highly suggest you FOIA the records for this facility from the State of Michigan before sending your child here as not all of their violations are shown on the LARA website."
"We've been very happy so far at Childtime. I really feel like the staff genuinely cares for my little one and that he enjoys being there. Communication has been generally smooth although I do wish there were slightly more consistency with the use of the Brightwheel app, because I find it incredibly useful to help me feel connected to my little one and what he's doing throughout the day. Overall, I would recommend Childtime to any of my family and friends."
"There is a bit of confusion with theme days or special events like xmas or water day. I seem to always bring in the wrong clothes for them on the wrong day. Would love to see a weekly schedule far in advance that does not change or a way to bring in things like water clothes that could be stored so they are there if needed. The baskets for the kids stuff are too small. also, its seems like they often come home with others diapers or clothes. Maybe bigger bins are needed to separate these items or a new system needs to be implemented. This way back packs are not needed and there is a large supply of back up clothes. Almost every they come home with very dirty clothes on."
