"I love the staff at this Childtime. I reviewed the other Childtime that is also near (couple blocks over) and hated my interaction with the director there. At my current Childtime the staff is engaged and warm and really very caring. They understand that they are an extension of our family since my daughter spends a lot of time there while I'm at work. I never feel like she was going to be harmed or not cared for. Also there is regular communication from the teacher especially as we are working through some developmental hurdles. The director has also been very engaged with us too and provides regular communication as well which is very much welcomed."

"Love the teachers and the experience. The director seemed nice, but has been dismissive of my concerns. A lack of vaccine requirements is disappointing and contrary to medical advice. If Childtime truly cared about the health of our children, they'd ensure that staff and children be vaccinated. I can only figure that such requirements are not business-friendly, but when literally any competent pediatrician and medical associations strongly advise it and the company doesn't abide, it just tells me the health of the children is not a very high priority. I mean, medical recommendations advise against certain high risk allergens and you abide by those, which is very commendable. So it seems inconsistent and confusing."
