I am getting my son a variance to a different school just so I can keep him at Childtime. They quickly learned his triggers that upset him and how to bring them down. They helped me get him potty trained and talking after a horrible experience at a different daycare set him back significantly. I can’t say enough positive things about Childtime!"

"As split parents we value communication which has been acceptable to date. Our daughter has bonded well with some of her teachers and is excited to go for the most part when not being shy. We have enjoyed watching her grow from these early experiences and always pleased to find her jolly at pick up time. The overall experience has been positive to date. Some staff turnover but they always seem to cover their bases to ensure the kids are taken care of. Ashley and Mallisa have been awesome at hearing our needs and understanding. Sabrina and our daughter really seemed to have bonded. Those we have worked closest with, each are awesome and have shaped our daughters experiences. She is integrating nicely with new teacher Ms Penny whom is great at communicating and keeping us up to date on her learning. We were fond of the prior director but excited to collaborate with the new and what fall has to bring at Childtime. Would recommend this facility to others."

"Being a director means understanding that your actions are a direct reflection on the staff and that the parents and their children are always watching. Sly comments and rude statements should not be heard coming from the director. I've had no problems up until now but she is not a good representation of your center and what I have previously known it to be."
