"I LOVE one of my child's caregivers in particular and so does my child. She lights everyday as soon as she sees this particular caregiver and even when she leaves at the end of the day, I have no idea why or how my child is so in love, but it's very comforting to see this everyday as a parent. The Assistant Director and Director on the other hand are VERY, VERY cold, stoic, and NOT genuine whatsoever. It's like I walk in and the Assistant Director makes it her absolute business to either dash the other way, avoid me like the plague, and not make eye contact with me, not a hello, wave, small greeting-NOTHING. We are on-time paying parents and we definitely don't deserve this type of treatment. Warm and friendly does not exist in the Assistant Director and Director's world. When I ask questions, they are very firm, short, and even condescending, to the point where it angered me so bad one day I had to catch myself before I lost it and realized I was at a children's facility. The administration (Assistant Director AND Director) need interpersonal training at minimum. If it wasn't for the PreciousStat app (peace of mind of tracking what my child is doing throughout the day as a first time mom), and my comfort level and positive vibes from her classroom caregivers (who has the most direct daily contact and interaction with my child) we would've 100% dis-enrolled my child the first week hands down, without a doubt, not ONE question asked! The Administration is very political and puts on a great show for inspection time and when you are a prospective, touring parent thinking about enrolling your child at Childtime, after that cold and insincerity begins, as they were with us. My husband and I BOTH strongly dislike this about the Administrators at Childtime Oceanside, and our weighing our options."

"It hasn't been the best. I have never had issues with any of the other day cares my child has attended, and this one for some reason hasn't been working. When my child doesn't want to go to school because they dislike it, that's a big concern as well. I thought it was a good decision, but I'm not very happy with the choice I made."
"Great, but communication with parents from the school could be improved. Some things feel rushed and not well explained. For example, the transition between classrooms. My child loves it there though!"
