I would like to see an indoor playground area if the property was bigger for the kids as they get older or carpets instead of tile and area rugs for safety of falls."

"Our child was welcomed and made to feel as if he belonged from the start. We made connections with the teachers and other staff right away and it feels as though he just belongs here. We are so pleased with the level of activity on a daily basis and with the growth we have seen in our child. We plan on attending school here until kindergarten."

"I would like it if there were better communication between teachers before pick up of my child. Sometimes, the teacher that was taking care of my child most of the day has switched with another teacher by the time I get there (which makes total sense and is not at all a problem). However, often times the teacher I speak with doesn't have a clue how the day went for my child. They do the best they can with the My Day, but unfortunately I find it isn't always filled out completely. For example, I will ask if my daughter had any accidents during the day (potty training) and the teacher says no after looking at the My Day. Then I go to her cubby and find that there are soiled outfits. It's not a big deal as I can clearly see what the accident was and how many there were by looking at the dirty clothing, but it does make me wonder what else might have gone on throughout the day that I am not being told. Also, I am not always being told what clothing/underwear/shoes/etc are needed for the next day. It's not always written on the My Day and I will come in the next day to find out she's been in a diaper most of the day because we didn't have enough clothing. Overall, I absolutely love this school and so does my daughter. The education for out daughter and for us as parents has been invaluable to my family because we only have one child. Everything we experience is our first time doing it. The added input of professionals that we trust makes a big difference."
"I love this school. My son has been here since he was 12 months old and he's 5 now. The teachers and directors are wonderful and very accommodating. I feel very lucky that my son is enrolled in such a wonderful daycare- so many times on the news I see stories of kids who are abused by daycare workers and it's disgusting ! I am greatful to all the wonderful people at the Childtime in north Olmsted, Ohio ! Thank you !"
