"Ms. TaNeisha has always been very helpful in answering my questions whenever something comes up. She is very knowledgeable about the center and the classrooms. Really helps to put my mind at ease most of the time. I wish that the Brightwheel app was updated more like when my child was in the infant room. I got real time updates on his meals, naps, check-in/out times and photos In the two year old room, it seems like only one teacher updates it accurately in a timely fashion whenever she gets to work. It also seems like experiences vary with different teachers you talk to at pick up/drop off time. Not sure I like the big ratio they have for the two year old room and then when the older kids are added it seems like it's a big chaotic and overwhelming. Overall, I have not had any serious or concerning issues with this school."

"My only concern is that because many of the teachers seem to be there short periods of time, the teachers we speak to at the end of day pick up often do not know how our child has done throughout the day. I also miss the more detailed updates we used to get before the 2 year old teacher left. Some days the app updates are only partially done, and I would like to know if my daughter actually takes a nap at nap time or if she is just resting, and the general update does not always mean she napped, especially for 2-2 1/2 hours. I understand the teachers are busy with kids though."
