"I love the full time teachers, they really care about my kids and listen to my concerns. The end of day teachers are not as well trained/knowledgeable but I suspect most are part time and definitely dont last as long. The communication in the facility is a bit lacking-I would think the administration would have planned activities each month and would give a heads up the week before the month starts to give time to prepare. It often seems like things are thrown together the week before when its a facility wide activity. Some activities are well thought out but others seem very last minute. I wish communication on sunscreen was better-there are no specific dates on the forms stating how long they are good for and I have filled out 3 in less than a year. It would be nice if they said they were only good for 3 months. I really like that the school cares about kids with allergies and tries to include them in all activities so they dont feel left out even though they are limited."

"Overall a great experience with a great staff. Their only downfall is too much regulation. They are way too regulated on many common sense issues (such as the children cannot remove their shoes and the lights cannot be turned off at nap or rest time). Incredibly ridiculous on the regulatory compliance issues, and the staff strictly adheres but it's invasive regulation. This is completely out of the staff's control but I felt worth mentioning as our educational system and childcare as a whole continue to get so far away from common sense it borders on scary. I continue to be impressed daily with the staff at our ChildTime in spite of the sometimes ridiculous regulations passed down to them."

"Overall good. My children are learning daily and come home with new knowledge weekly which makes me happy. The meals supplied are healthy and expose them to new things. The teachers and assistant director care for my children and make sure any problems are immediately addressed."
