"The teachers are great. I like how they post things to an app to keep us updated. There are big communication issues between office staff, teachers, and parents. Issues don’t get resolved. The food doesn’t taste good and they give processed cheese like a kraft single instead of actual cheese. It seems like the teachers are overwhelmed and some yell at the kids or command them to do things instead of ask them to do something."

"We have really been satisfied with our daughters care at Childtime. Cost is about $200 higher than other centers. The staff and teachers are all professional and respectful. The cleanliness of the center is great. Security is important and seems like Childtime takes measures to keep children safe with door code system, and surveillance systems. Overall I have been EXTREMELY satisfied and would recommend Childtime to family and friends. Thank you to EVERYONE who has taken great care of our daughter, we really do appreciate it!"
