"We love the teachers at your school and the atmosphere that is created there each day. The price is higher than other places we have looked at and we do not see any extra benefits that that higher price provides. We are happy with the food/meals our daughter receives and the care she receives (for the most part). She had a sickness that was pretty evident that we were not notified of, but overall, our daughter is excited to go to school each day which is a huge reflection of your services!"
"I absolutely love the Director. She is the reason we decided to go with this center. She has always been responsive and understanding whenever I've had an issue or concern. Our experience with the toddler class has not always been great, but with the new hire of the lead teacher, it is getting better. There are other teachers that are still very helpful, welcoming, and nurturing. Looking forward to seeing how the Twos classroom will go."

"My daughter has been going to Childtime since she was 1.5 years old. They have always taken great care of her and everyone is very friendly and professional. She has learned so much since she started and I know she will be more than ready for Kindergarten when she moves up. Kim Brown she is so caring and excited when she sees my son come in each morning and rushes over to get him she talks to him in such a loving manner I always leave knowing my son wil be taken care of this woman goes above and beyond to actually speak to you and keep a conversation she is more than deserving in a pay increase! Where some teachers just watched him cling to my leg when I'm trying to leave for work, Ms. Leigh stepped in and grabbed my son to distract him and gave him comfort. "I absolutely LOVE the teachers and director of Childtime in Midlothian (Alverser). They are so nurturing to my infant and truly feel like family. She's gaining so many skills while being in the infant classroom - from play time to learning English and Spanish. She's even learning sign language, thanks to the amazing teachers that she has. Early morning drop-offs are easy and comforting thanks to Ms. Yolanda and afternoon pick-ups are so fun with Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Kim. I look forward to the pictures and updates posted throughout the day in the app and it makes me feel like I'm able to be a part of my little girl's day even though I'm at work. 5 stars for this daycare - I am so thankful we found them."
