"We have had a wonderful experience so far. My daughter loves the class and her teachers and so do I. Jeanette, Nicole, Jewel and all the other teachers are AWESOME! I understand there are 13-20 kids per room and it’s not always possible but if we could do better at keeping the kids’ noses cleaned that would be great and would definitely spread less germies. Other than that good work Childtime staff!! Keep it up!!! :)"

"It is a decent school. The classrooms are clean and as organized as they can be given the children. Meal time provides a good variety of foods. There are activities and toys to keep the children interested. Some teachers really seem invested in the care of the children and display this through actions and communication. I wish there was more communication via the brightwheel app such as the educational activities taking place. I also believe some of the teachers need to find new techniques for dealing with the children. I've often heard them using threats such as you're going to the office or you're not going to do 'your favourite activity' with your 'family member' after school if you don't behave. As a parent, I understand young children are difficult to almost impossible to negotiate with but I disagree with the use of negative reinforcement."

"We LOVE the infant room. The teachers, Cynthia and Rosie, are amazing. They truly care for our daughter and our daughter enjoys going in. They are kind, caring, and always keep in contact with us as to how our child did throughout the day."

"With my oldest we had issues with him getting bit especially in usual areas such as shoulder and back. When my oldest was a infant he was left in only his diaper and was very cold when he got picked up. Now transitioning my oldest from 1 to 2 year old rooms it's not clear where he is at when I pick him up. Most days he ends with the 1 year old class."

"The school is fine, but the billing has been frustrating. When I set up auto withdrawal I expect it to be done, not come back for the second time and tell me that they quit taking the money out and request a big payment when I had everything in place. Also this new system doesn't allow me to get a history (that I can find) on what I've paid for my 125 reimbursement."
