"I would like an increase in rigor in the curriculum. The staff appears caring towards the children. However, some of the younger staff also is unprofessional at times talking about parents and children when other parents are around. I like the new system about my child's day, but the communication is infrequent. Some days I might get e-mail notifications 6 times, then sometimes 2 days go past without any. This makes it difficult to talk to my child about what they did that day."
