"I have been lucky enough to say that the teachers that have taken care of my daughter have been great! They still love on her when they see her & I miss seeing them everyday and so does she. It’s actually been hard to go up to the next classroom cause of the tight relationships we both have built with @ least 1 of the teachers in each room. They genuinely love my daughter & that means more to me than anything!!"

"Overall, we have been very happy with our toddler teachers and the love, care, safety, and development that has been associated with our time here - and particularly early on. Over the last month as turnover is occurring, outside play is more common, and the cleanliness of the room seems to be declining our dissatisfaction is increasing. We've even overheard teachers talking about other teachers and their poor method of changing diapers (too quickly because you can't change that many diapers that fast and do it correctly), which frankly is a very important detail to our family and a sign of cleanliness to a daycare - starting to hear things like this is a fair representation of our feelings and how we feel things are changing over time here. We'd be open to staying if we say a quick turnaround in some of these basic components that to me are necessary for what we pay weekly."

"My only complaint about the school is the playgrounds. In particular, the 2-year old playground has exposed concrete on the fence poles that I would consider dangerous. The concrete should be below ground surface so a child cannot fall on it or into it. The rest of the playground is not dangerous, but it has very little equipment or things for the children to play with while outside. The square protective mats are not located in the appropriate locations and are more of a tripping hazard than protection. The class window (two year old's) was broken several weeks ago and has not been repaired. Based on the age and condition of the facility itself, I feel like we overpay for the daycare services. The teachers themselves are what make it worthwhile. We transferred from another daycare a few months ago because we felt generally dismissed by the staff. Our experience at Child Time has been MUCH better - we are always welcomed and my child is excited to go to daycare everyday to see his friends and teachers. The overall environment seems very positive with inter-staff relations, which I believe affects the overall happiness and quality of the relationship with the children. I am very satisfied with our decision to move to Child Time!"

"My granddaughter attended in summer until too old (aprox 4+ yrs) it was a life saver! The benefits of socializing and field trips was great! Now with grandson who I have had at Childtime since he was 10 months old with a feeding button! Never had to worry about his care when leaving him! He no longer has the need for feedings and I am so thankful for the wonderful care he receives everyday!! The I’ve shows through! Especially with Mrs Shannon!"

"there was a recent staff change in my childs classroom and we were not notified of this change at all by management. A note from the classroom teachers was signed with their bames on it and thats how I knew. The management team should have let us know in a better way. Also, I know that my child’s classroom (the toddler toom) has been out of ratio several times lately, and I don’t appreciate that at all, for his safety and the other children."
