"Even though there was no availability for my child the director showed me the toddler room anyway in case something opened up. The children were napping so I looked real quick since I didn't want to wake the children, but the director held the door open and was talking loudly down the hallway to an employee. The children didn't wake up but they were starting to move around from the disturbance. Not an environment I would feel comfortable with"

"Two of my daughters teachers are outstanding. They treat her like she is their own, they are incredibly communicative with me and we value them. However, our daughter is not with them consistently, as it seems she is not only bounced from room to room throughout the day, but there is always a different face present when we pick her up at the end of the day. These people seem to have zero information on how our daughter's day went, and that doesn't sit well with me. She will be placed in another center as soon as there is an opening."
