"All the teachers and staff have been extremely helpful and caring- we started attending Childtime in March and have been more than happy with our experience. We'd like a few more opportunities to meet and talked to other parents, as it's not always easy to converse during drop-off or pick-up."
"Overall we've had a positive experience with the teachers at this school. There have been some issues regarding documentation and the fact that when we arrive for drop-off and pick-up none of our child's primary teachers are there. It makes communication challenging. Also neither the director or assistant director are there before 8am so we also don't get the opportunity to talk to them at drop-off. For my family, one parent does drop-off and the other does pick-up so that means one parent never gets an opportunity to interact with main teachers or directors.Also the director has told us to start looking for a new daycare which is very discouraging. Our child has had some behavior issues around biting, but the communication to us the parents has been inconsistent and its difficult to feel like we're working together as a team to solve the issue. Finding daycare in the Orange County area is time-consuming and can be challenging, not to mention having to transition a child away from the only daycare they've known. We're continuing to do our best to work with the teachers and do what's best for our child."

"I love much about the school. I would say first impressions; the front office is very dirty. Chairs are stained, paint is old, not very organized. It just looks very old & run down. Sprucing that first room up would make a better first impression when taking the location into consideration. The teachers are wonderful but I would love more photos uploaded to the app of my son playing and smiling!"
