"I very much appreciate the care that has been given to my child, but I'm just concerned now with a frequent teacher turnover. Also, the school is a safe place for my child gives me peace of mind. I would love to see more actual learning taking place, though. I have seen great improvements in the lessons starting to be planned and that is very hopeful."

"The building is literally falling apart, there’s bugs everywhere (cleaning falls upon very tired and sometimes older staff members instead of a custodial crew like most daycares I’ve been to), and the director severely favors her granddaughter, whether it’s by allowing her to constantly be in the office because she doesn’t want her with the “big kids” (there’s much younger that go with the big kids), or allowing her to walk around with a cup and pacifier (against policy). Policy is constantly broken by the director herself, whether it’s being on her cell phone or leaving the building overflowing with fire hazards like crowded spaces. One fire exit is even blocked with a big cart and stroller. I hear she’s been told before by the fire Marshall to move those items elsewhere, and she did while he was there, but they made their way right back. She’s also extremely rude to employees and fake to tours/parents to maintain her intake/income. I understand it’s your job and your employees are “under you”, but I know of multiple employees looking for a new job already and the center can’t even get many people to interview.

My recommendation to the director/center is to be more understanding, don’t always sound annoyed with everything, don’t favor one child over another, follow policy, keep employees happy, and fix the building.

There is nothing to force teachers to implement curriculum. I personally feel the children don’t learn anything unless they have a great teacher. When I’m there, I hear teachers yelling at kids. Nothing is done to change this, as I see higher staff members just sitting at the computer staring at the cameras most of the time.

Please don’t let your child go here. It’s cheaper than most places but you definitely get what you pay for. "

"I had the opportunity to enroll my son in a school district provided pre-school this year. The price would have been lower but the ratio would be higher. He has been at Childtime since he was 8 weeks old and knows all of the teachers and is familiar with all of the classrooms. I feel he is receiving the best care and education available and feel the extra cost is well-worth paying. Everyone is kind and friendly and they care about my family beyond just his school day. I love being able to monitor his class on video and enjoy the updates through Brightwheel."

"We've never been happier with a daycare provider than we are with ChildTime. It was hard leaving our daughter's other daycare when we moved, but it turned out to be nothing to worry about. The relationships we've developed with the staff have been very helpful. ChildTime is located right across from our daughter's school, which is a HUGE benefit as well. Miss Elizabeth and her staff have been like an extended part of our family and we'll continue to send our daughter there until she ages out."

"The staff is like a family and I TRUST them with my child. One thing that was important to me was the turn over of staff members. Most day cares change teachers often but not here. They have such a loving and warm atmosphere. On two occasions I had an issue I needed to discuss and on both occasions they handled it with concern, professionalism and promptly handled the matters so that there was no need for me to worry. I LOVE CHILDTIME and I would recommend this location to anyone!"

"Elizabeth the director is a joke. She plays favorites and tells your business to everyone. Nothing is private even when you express that it's only between you and her. She doesn't care about your life outside of work. She also has her grand baby at the day care and will show her favoritism and pick her up and hold her all day while in the office. The assistant director JoDee is no better either. She is a 60 year old woman who is completely immature and acts just like a child. She gossips and talks about completely inappropriate topics with other staff and even parents, such as doing drugs, sexual encounters, and the like. She has even expressed to parents how she doesn't like the director. When she is angry or upset stay out of her way because she will take it out on you. She never apologizes for her rude behavior or actions. She tries to be more of a friend than a manager and it's completely inappropriate. Everyone knows who her favorite is.
Elizabeth allows sick children into the day care and when kids run a fever she refuses to call the parents and tells us not to tell them upon pick up. She's only focused on money. She will hold kids back that are ready to move up because she doesn't want to lose money. When staff get sick, they are still expected to come in. I was throwing up at work with diarrhea sick and she made me stay to finish my shift. She will change the schedule without telling you, even after you've left for the work day and expect you to know.
Both of the managers are too focused on hours and labor and even tell us to half clean so we can "get off their clock." It's completely wrong. There is a complete lack of supplies and funding is going to things that don't even benefit the children.
Both Elizabeth and JoDee are gossippers and talk bad about the staff and the parents and their kids. They never have anything nice to say or talk about.
My work here was never appreciated and I would not recommend working for this center at all. It is filled with hateful and ugly people, and constantly attracts employees of the like. You will never get paid enough to deal with all of the bull. Stay far away."

"Teachers are good! I would love to see more outdoor time! I don’t mind that my child gets a little messy from outdoor play - it’s good for them. Also, more fruit for snack time!"

"I love this school. My daughter really loves her teachers and is happy to come to school each day. This helps me leave her each day. All of her teachers care about her and she cares deeply for each of them."

"The administration is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's obvious that the teachers genuinely enjoy being there. The facility is well maintained, and we love the view of trees out the infant room's floor-to-ceiling windows. The use of Brightwheel to know what my child is doing throughout the day helps me stay connected."

"They keep the same staff members for long periods of time which cultivates a family atmosphere! I LOVE this day care!!!"

"The main thing i dont like is the use of pictures. I cant control the online presense of my child if pictures are being taken and sent out to other parents and they post them online without my knowledge. I love getting pictures of my child but i would not mind a bit if the pictures were to stop. That is the only real gripe i have about childtime."
