"This is my second child to go through Childtime. The staff are amazing! It does seem odd that we are constantly losing directors. In the last 3 years, I can think of 6 or 7 directors. I wish this was more consistent. We love Childtime, but the multiple tuition increases (and the expensive yearly enrollment) have forced us to look elsewhere for care. We have our names on a few waiting lists solely because they are cheaper for our family. I do not know how people can afford to have more than 1 child at this center. I hope with all of these tuition increases that the teachers are paid well. They are truly wonderful and deserve high wages and benefits!!!If we knew what the increases were for, that might make me feel a little bit better about them."

"General experience has been good, though concerned about the amount of turnover with teachers. We pay a lot of money each week for this daycare, yet the teachers don't seem to be making enough to stick around."

"Overall we’ve had a positive experience with this school. We know how hard these professionals work to care for multiple little lives throughout each day. The concern we had regarding one of the instructors inappropriate interactions with the kids in our daughters classroom was addressed immediately. Though no follow up was received from leadership to assure us the how the situation was being addressed, we felt more comfortable knowing our child was no longer in that classroom. Since that interaction, teachers for our child have been inconsistent which has made communication and connection quite difficult. We know that early childhood professionals are often undervalued and underpaid in their positions which can lead to significant turnover and staffing challenges. We are confident this school is doing what they can with the resources they have to best serve the children in their care."

"Overall, we've had a positive experience with Childtime of Kentwood. Though some changes in center leadership staff set us off on a somewhat rocky start with gaining access to the payment portal, turning in required paperwork, touring the center, and communicating about what to expect on our child's first day, we still made it through. My daughter seems to really enjoy going to school every day, engaging in the many creative and educational activities planned by the teachers/staff, and learning how to build relationships with peers. On our first day at the center, Ms. Zoie made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable and welcomed, which I was very grateful for. Ms. Elayna shared her love for my daughter, which truly warmed my heart! I truly appreciate and highly value the caring and loving staff at this center!"
