"I have truly enjoyed having my child at this center. The Director, Ms. Danita has done an amazing job and the staff are always warm and welcoming. I love the fact that every time I come in I am greeted with a warm smile and talked to on a personal level like Ms. Danita genuinely cares. His teachers always tells me something positive about my sons day even if he did have some difficult moments there. They have really cool family events and programs and my son LOVES their summer camp. I toured a lot of centers before choosing this one and none of them had the love and warmth upon entering the building and from the entire staff and it’s a plus when more than half the staff in the building has been there for over 10+ years. It shows me they are really invested in what they do and this place has longevity. I would recommend this place to anyone. Ms. Danita and the Childtime staff are awesome!"

"The director is so friendly and flexible, she knows every child’s name and everything about them. The school has a great app called Brightwheel which made me feel comfortable by seeing what my daughter is doing. The staff in the school are trying their best to improve the different skills of the children."

"The experience at this school has been great so far. The new Director Ms. Danita does a fantastic job with the center and the staff and my child. I’ve seen her truly make parents feel welcomed and even parents who are unhappy feel at ease and resolve things. I love how we’re greeted everyday with a smile and he gets a warm hug. He loves coming here and I love the fact that the majority of the teachers here have been here for 10+ years. It really shows me that the teachers are invested. I’ve tried multiple centers but this one was the best so far! My child is also a picky eater but i love their menu and that my son gets to try new foods from different cultures and is expanding his taste buds. It has truly helped a lot at home with him not being picky anymore. The other great thing that i love about this school is Ms. Danita does a lot of family events and I love it! Childtime of Jamestown is truly a great place."

"We have loved this school, that's why he has remained there since he was 3 months old. We love the atmosphere, curriculum, teachers and location of this school. We have used other daycares/schools, regarding our older children, but this one has been the best. They work with you, whatever the situation may be, so it's a true partnership."

"Beware putting your children in the care of this daycare. My children who are vegetarian were given fish. Teachers were lied to and told that I had given consent to the director (D.Washington) that my kids could have that meal. When I asked about it I was lied to. I then filed a complaint with corporate. The director caught wind of my complaint and confronted me in front of my children asking why I would do this. As a parent I have every right to file a complaint against this when the safety of my children were compromised. Not only were their religious beliefs not taken into a account but they could have easily been allergic to fish and had a bad reaction. Corporate could care less about this and refuse to even take my calls. I'm utterly shocked by the lack of care. It truly is all about the money for these folks."

"The new director is a breath of fresh air from these previous directors. You can really see the difference in this school. Leaving Childcare Network and coming here was the best decision for my child."

"Horrible. My child ended up have horrible behavioral problems due to issues with the other kids. The teachers never had the kids under control. I also have to hold my child back from going to kindergarten due to the lack of education my child received. We paid too much money for basically glorified babysitters. We do not recommend this childcare to people we know."

"Overall the only reason I’ve stayed at this school is for the teachers. We have not had a set director for majority of the time. One was fired and one was forced out by regional director. Very disappointed in the management. Recently found out the sports acitives which are extra costs aren’t even offered anymore."

"Overall its okay. I've only stayed because of the teacher in my sons class (she was his 1 year old teach and now the 2 year old teacher) if it was not for her i would have left a long time ago. Management does not care and doesn't take parents concerns seriously."
