"After many horrible childcare experiences, some of them compromising our kids' safety, we found Child Time. We explained our experiences and Jennifer and Francis were incredibly understanding and compassionate toward us. Both our kids love it there, and I love that each of the teachers knows our kids, my husband and me by name. As soon as we walk into the facility, it smells clean and everyone is happy. The front desk/door are always manned by someone and security is very high. The food they eat is healthy, and I love that they communicate how much my kids eat (and sleep) each day. Also, it's so comforting to receive pictures of the kids during the day, smiling, having fun, and learning. Our youngest was already singing the ABCs at 22 months, and our oldest has already picked up so many new sight words within just a couple months of being there. Jennifer and Francis run a tight ship and have the perfect personalities to be in the positions they are - No nonsense and very friendly, happy, outgoing ladies. They did everything within their power to help us in the struggle we had when we left the last school, calling the state to transfer a VPK voucher for us, and communicating through the whole on-boarding process. Their helpfulness and kindness has been consistent, too, never changing since our first day. I'm proud that this whole team of people is taking care of our kids, and we have already referred friends there."
