"I enrolled my 3.5 year old in child time, February 2019, and unenrolled her March 2019... from the first day it was nothing but problems, my daughter would come home saying how her teacher hit her on her arm, 3 weeks in to her going to child time in Indian trail i went to pick her up and she wasn’t in her classroom, teacher told me she went down the hall... Who would let a 3.5 year old just walk the hallway alone, she wasn’t in the hallway, checked the other classrooms but she wasn’t in them and the staff members all gave me different where abouts where my daughter could be , i assume there was no communication between the staff members, i finally find her by the back door of the school, hysterical crying and burning up with a fever... she was so red in the face... if they cared to pay attention they would have noticed her fever right away but seems it was just ignored, the next day i Contacted the director of the school and all she said was sorry..... SORRY!!!! No one knew where my daughter was and god knows how long she was by the back door alone crying burning up with a fever... and all u say to me is SORRY!!!! The next day i called corporate, the director of the school contacted me and let me know how she has thick skin and for me not to contact corporate again, not sure what she meant by her having thick skin! Kinda sounded like a threat. I pulled my daughter out immediately from the school, please mom and dads BEWARE of this school do not send your children here "

"We could not ask for a better staff to take care of our daughter. We have a 3 month old baby girl & it was very hard for us to leave her and go back to work. However the our daughter’s Nursery Care Giver’s, the Staff, the Assistant Director & the Director have gone out of their way to make our daughter and us beyond comfortable. They do an amazing job taking taking care of her and the other children. They provide updates throughout the day via the brightwheel app. We love this daycare and the wonderful the team. We highly recommend this daycare to any parent in need of childcare service."

"I use to love the care of child time until the most recent event happened. My child went through 2 incidents in the same day and at pick up time neither of them were mentioned to me. I almost left the campus and nothing was said about what had happened. I had to go back and request and incident report be written and explained. The director did not handle my situation in the best manner. She was uncaring and just wanted the day to be over with for her."

"pretty good. There has been some turnover with the staff which is a concern. Also not a fan of late charges for payment and the annual registration charge. Our registration charge was waved when we enrolled our kids which was attractive but 4 months later we were hit with an annual registration charge which feels a little shady and dishonest."
