"I’d like to see more thoughtful communication / summaries of what my child does on a day-to-day basis, specifically behavior. While i do receive write-ups if anything detrimental happens, I’d like to know if there was good behavior as well. This way that good behavior can be reinforced at home as well. Conversely, if there was bad behavior ( but not bad enough to warrant a write-up), I’d like to know that as well to ensure that proper direction can be given at home as well."

"We really love the school and haven’t had any problems. However At times there are teachers in the infant room who do not appear to be soothing babies that are crying. This is understandable if they are busy but if their hands are free I feel they should be trying to hold and soothe crying infants. As a parent it’s hard to watch other infants crying especially when you’re dropping off your own"

"Assistant director is polite and professional, but very reserved and could be a bit more outgoing. Infant room staff is very nice and exchanges pleasantries but more daily conversation on infant’s developmental stages and progress would be appreciated. Staff is good about using app to share updates on naps, meals & diapers. But it would be nice to hear and see infants engaged in more formal activities (art, music, etc). It would also be nice to see staff wear name tags do it would be easier to learn their names."

"I love the location, security, and cleanliness. However, I am extremely disappointed in the level of education my child receives. I wish my concerns were listened to. There’s a daycare a few miles from ChildTime that’s in Detroit that provides excellent education however, the facility isn’t professional. The pro to ChildTime is the professionalisms of the director and staff but the education is poor."

"Everyone is so nice and caring! They all make a point to say hello and good bye. And mrs. Robin always would say something about my daughter (a story or how she is growing). To see how my daughter loves giving hugs to everyone when she is leaving or has to tell them something new when she comes in, shows she really likes to be there and her teachers! She has learned a lot in her time here. Concerns are addressed when brought up and they always are there to listen. I feel confident in bring my daughter here everyday and to have them care for here while I'm at work. Keep up the great work and thank you!"

"My experience at ChildTime overall has been great. There has been some turn over in staff due to several reasons (in teachers personal life) but the director has been recruiting new staff to assure that not only my child but all the children are getting what they need. I’ve even noticed the director spending quit a bit of time in my child classroom due to some teachers leaving. There is an additional class in the great room which makes it a little cluttered. I think the school needs a bigger space. The teachers are wonderful my child is nurtured and cared for. I watch the cameras sometime and it warms my heart to see Ms Robin taking time to cuddle with the babies. "
