"Our child's teachers are phenomenal and clearly care about his wellbeing . We know he's in good hands and well taken care of."

"I would like to see the vegetation around the facility get an update. There are branches growing into where cars park on the lower level. In spring, the neighbor's bushes block the east view coming out of the driveway. So it makes an already busy and dangerous street more dangerous. I would like the teachers to give more of an update of my child's day at pick up. That said, they are busy with a lot of kids and parents so that request is tough. Could be in the app too."

"It's been a wonderful experience. The teachers are warm and care about my child. My child is happy when we drop him off and pick him up. His motor skills have gotten better as he's been at day care. And the minor things we've asked about diaper rash and how he eats are taken care of. IT's been a wonderful experience."

"Overall, I have been happy with the school. It is very convenient for us because it is close to our house and we can have both my 3 year old and 1 year old at the same school. The director and teachers are good people who care about the children, which is the most important thing to me. The biggest negative for me, is the caretaker/child ratios are tight, and for my 3 year old, I think his class sometimes gets out of control and he gets caught up in bad behavior. The facilities are older, but they have been making improvements. I'm glad that they recently hired a housekeeper, because it sometimes seems dirty, especially when there is snow in the winter and the entryways get really messy as there is not much room for wiping feet and taking off boots. There is good variety of food, and there are healthy foods offered like fruits and veggies, but I wish there was less processed food served (e.g. canned fruits instead of fresh, crackers/pretzels, frozen pancakes and pizza). Some of the toys are old and broken, which can look a little sad, but it does not really matter to my children. In the end, I am confident that my children are safe and cared for and the teachers are doing their best to help them learn and grow. I think there are better schools out there (in terms of facilities and caretaker/child ratios), but we would stay at Childtime for the value and convenience and consistency for my kids who are generally happy at Childtime."

"I was very nervous about starting my girls in a daycare. When we started, there was actually a transition going on with the director position. The staff was so great and the transition was so smooth I actually didn't realize that the transition was happening. I have nothing but great things to say about Childtime...the curriculum, the staff and everything about it. My girls absolutely love going there and I am so thankful to have chosen Childtime."

I know you used to do fundraising but that doesn't seem to happen anymore. How can parents help? Could we do a weekend where parents spend a morning with improving school maybe even with our older kids? Maybe planting flowers on the east side of the building?"
