"Overall, we feel like our son is thriving here. There could be better communications from some staff. Our child recently switched classrooms, and someone that communication was never relayed to us. We've noticed that some teachers are better than others with regular updates & photos during the day. We are happy with the care and education he is receiving, and would probably keep him enrolled at least until he is old enough for kindergarten."
"We loved Childtime when we first started and loved when Stephanie became director. Within the last year, my husband and I have noticed a decline in communication with parents, professionalism of the teachers and staff, lack of caring at times and not have the correct level of schooling/certification of the teachers. We decided against moving our daughter only because she starts kindergarten in the fall and that will be hard enough of a change for her."

I also love how caring and involved her teacher from last year is. I love the frequent updates and pictures I get for my infant-makes me feel like I'm not missing a thing when I am away from her."
