"Our overall experience has been frustrating. We had several issues in regards to our child's milk/bottles, lack of helping nap train, too many kids to teach ratio to what could be handled, large turn over in staff, lack of communication with the day-side teacher so at end of day no questions can be answered. So many illnesses - not sure if this is due to lack of cleaning or allowing children to stay when they shouldn't. Not following through when we ask the teachers to something when we asked and it ended up effecting our child."

"Make changing tables more private.cubbies turned to lockers, increase storage space with cupboards above cubbies, update toddler furniture, on check in have time that can be selected for last diaper and meal on that links to bright wheel app for teachers, I need pics of my kiddo at least 3 times a week. I know teachers are busy, but parents charrish those moments they can't be there. Let parents help! Yes, not all can but we want to be involved to support you!"

Even though they have a room full of infants--sometimes screaming infants--to care for, they always have something nice to say about each individual child that day.
