"We love this daycare center overall. Lisa has always been wonderful with everything and always works out any issues if there are any. My only wish would be to have less teacher turnover for toddlers, they get attached to them so easily. Also the pre-k class and toddlers weren’t separated for a whole semester, which made it harder for the older kids and I feel like they didn’t have as much opportunity to work in kindergarten prep."

"I think like anywhere it’s the people that create the positive experience. We are at the portage lakes Cuyahoga Falls Ohio location. Our daughter has been fortunate to really bond with her teachers. Lisa the director is extremely professional and caring. She also works well with her staff. Laura, Emily and Danielle and the rest of the staff phave been so wonderful in caring for Caitlin. I feel that when I leave they understand how important she is to me and I don’t have the fear I thought I would have leaving her. She also is being taught so much but the most important thing is the nurturing because without that the rest wouldn’t fall so nicely in place : )"
