"I didn't know as a new mom how I would feel leaving my baby with total strangers while I adjusted back to my job. I am pleased to say I couldn't be happier! It's such a relief to know my daughter is loved and cared for by Mrs. Helene and Mrs. Vakia as if she was family. I never have to worry if my daughter is ok as I am updated throughout the course of the day. It is evident that when she is dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening she is happy and spoiled by all. What a great feeling!"

Biggest complaint with Childtime is too frequent shuffling of mangers resulting in inconsistencies in the facility's operation and frequent shuffling of teachers and kids throughout the day so it can be hard to keep track of who is actually caring for your kid."

"With Sarah taking over, the whole feel of the school has changed. She has completely redecorated, and it has greatly improved the mood of the school! I absolutely love all of the hard work she has put in. It seems since she's started, the teachers have been wearing the ChildTime Smile t-shirt and athleisure a lot more. I love that too! I always thought the business casual style was nice, but now it looks like the teachers are ready to get down on the floor and play with the kids. I've seen the teachers more willing to get down and dirty with the kids outside because they are dressed to play. I would love to see a professional style athleisure look be a standard. Miss Brittney has been doing an amazing job with the 2 year olds. She's an awesome teacher. My child absolutely loves her and is excited to see her every day. She's doing such a great job, the kids are bored learning their ABCs and basic numbers, and have moved on to math! Overall, we've been so happy with our choice in school."

"As a first time parent, returning to work was harder than I could have imagined. Helene and Vakia in Infant 1 has made the transition so much better for me. I truly feel that my child is being loved and cared for every single day, even when I am not with him. Within days they clearly understood his eating and sleeping patterns, and have shown care and concern when things have come up. The other staff, including Cierra, Monica, Nicole, Sarah, Rebecca, and Maria, as well as others, are also incredibly attuned to the needs of the children. Childtime is a happy place to walk into. Children are loved, nurtured, and supported. We couldn't be happier!"

"We have adored each of our son's teachers. They have always been warm, loving, and sincere...very important to me. However, we have had at least four directors during our tenure. The last year or so we have seen quite a bit if staff turniver, as well. The upheaval is stressful for children, families, and (I imagine) staff. The lack of consistency allows many individual concerns to go unnoticed or leaves remaining teachers without the resources to address them. For me, it's all about the caregivers my child spends each day with. The single greatest improvement you could make is to invest in your teachers-- hire warm, creative communicators then be sure they are well compensated, can take the time off they require to maintain their own good health, are well-trained, and feel valued by parents AND employer."
