"I am very unsatisfied with the care my child is receiving. I feel that the excuse of child:teacher ratio is provided to account for challenges in providing my child with the time required for eating and sleeping. However I relayed the schedule that my child follows at home and from the daycare she previously attended but was not able to continue with because it discontinued the infant program. It is concerning to me that I cannot receive the same level of care that was provided down the street with the same child:teacher ratios."
"I find this school has very caring teachers. I feel as though the teachers genuinely care for my daughter. My daughter has an allergy that requires an Epi pen and action plan but I am not confident that all staff have been trained for this and know of her allergy. If they have, it has not been clearly communicated to me. My daughter seems to love going to school here."
"The lighting policy during nap time is ridiculous. With all the windows in the classroom it is impossible to create a safety issue from turning off the lights during nap time. Recently noticed a large amount of staff turnover in my child's class and it is concerning. Seemed to be all new teachers for a couple days with the exception of 1 and the new teachers seemed timid of the excitement or generally unaware of what they should be doing at that time."

"Most teachers are nice. I've only encountered one that isn't very friendly with the kids, and when we have to drop our kids off with her, it makes for a very difficult morning. I wish they made more efforts to sanitize."
