"Very receptive and responsive to issues our child had with problematic students. Teachers seem to really enjoy my child going there and that makes a huge difference in my comfort level as well as our child's. I would like to see more reminders throughout the day for wiping nose, mouth and hands more. I very much dislike picking up my child and seeing a dirty face. Other than that, the level of education and support provided is exceptional!!!"

The turn over rate of teachers is sad, constant moving teachers and kids around to accommodate ratios is confusing to the children and not always a pleasant experience. When dropping your child off in one place in the morning you expect to pick them up in the same place and not be moved around to different rooms so often."

"Solid experience so far. Structured and the Brightwheel app really helps. All 3 lead teachers so far were great, some co-teachers are better than others. When enrolling, we were told that diapers are included, only to find $10 billed extra per week for them (I didn't argue about it, but should have)"

"In general the experience is very good. The one challenging aspect we have observed is that there is quite a bit of turnover with the really good teachers, I have spoken to many of them and they say they are leaving due to benefits and lower pay - please pay for performance & retain these folks. The other suggestion is to manage the children better outside my child comes home very dirty on a regular basis, we truly do not expect them to come back crystal clean but I have had to throw out multiple pieces of clothing due to this, I can sort of live with this even though I am not sure I should have to, but hands being filthy I cannot accept and need the team to do a better job of managing this."

"The ratio for infants sounds great in theory. However, when 6 of the 8 (sometimes more than 8) are constantly crying 2 teachers seems unfair to the upset infants and means little to no development skills are done with the infants."

"Overall we have really enjoyed Childtime in Clifton Park. The staff is overall great and we've had some really excellent teachers. The education seems top notch. However, the cost has outpaced other places in the area, it is now one of the most expensive we've found. Every activity is an additional charge and rarely seems worth investment. Lots of admin & staff turnover in the past year has caused some growing pains."
