"At first it seems great but the longer you stay the more apparent it becomes that this is no more than glorified babysitters. Some of the staff truly care but majority do not. If you want to pay the money for a child to play/watch movies/tablets all day then this would be the place."

"The teachers are great they work the hardest on what they are supplied with which isn’t much it’s beat up and worn down there’s actually no heat in my child’s class and every time I ask They keep asking management and they were told that there’s a work order put in this is been going on for months there’s absolutely no lights outside which tends to scare me a little bit for the staff leaving late at night along with us leaving with her children is a complete security issue but the teachers always have a smile on their face and do the best they can with what they have"

"All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt there. And all of the kids we saw looked happy and like they were having a good time. It just didn't feel like a good fit for us. It was a little disconcerting that no one knew we were coming for a tour even though we had called the center the day before and it makes me think that communication among staff members may be an issue. Also, there were lots of boxes piled up in the hallway and just didn't give a very neat and organized appearance. I was also concerned with the fact that infants are considered 0-16 months. For a newborn doing tummy time I am troubled that kids who are mobile are running around the babies. I feel that once kids are mobile they should go to a different room and the infants should just be in a nursery. I also assume that's done to keep kids at a higher price point for a longer period of time. Most places we have looked separate infants and toddlers at 12 months, not 16. The price of $267/week did seem steep based on what we saw on the tour. For less than $50 month extra we could enroll our child at Primrose or The Goddard School which are considered top of the line. I wish we would have liked the center more as it was very convenient and there were some features that we really liked. Having pictures taken throughout the day and having our baby's feedings, sleeping, and changing tracked and sent to us was a very nice feature. Hopefully we can find that feature somewhere else."
