"New director is completely different than previous director and I understand their is a transition period and change happens. However you stuck someone completely different in there like night and day. Previous director was out of office talking with kids and families during pick up and drop off really gave you a feeling that she cared the most about your children. New director never leaves the offices and seems like assistant director does everything. I don’t really think she even likes kids. Also the offfice areas are full of clutter everywhere now, they were so simple before because it was all about the kids. She is just not a good fit and numerous families have said something."

"Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional. It's clean and organized. My son eats well here and has a lot of fun playing all day! Our good manners practiced at home are reinforced at school. I love the daily updates and pics in the app. I'm told if he bumped his head or had a rough day and also If he had a great day. I find it easy to communicate with the teachers and directors for any reason. I can not imagine going to any other child care/preschool program. We love it here!"

"Our daughter has been attending Childtime since she was 3 months old. EVERY teacher has done an outstanding job with her emotionally and academically. I feel as though they were right there with us doing the heavy lifting of guiding her through those early years. She was completely ready for kindergarten and is doing very well. The leadership (Rebecca and Laura) are amazing, caring, empathetic women who lead and support their staff. Their sense of humor has helped us (and many other parents, I'm sure) through all sorts of child raising situations. I simply cannot say enough positive things about Childtime. We would absolutely do it over again if we had a second child."

It seems like they've eliminated classrooms to cut costs and the class sizes are now too big, in my opinion. I also wish I was given more concrete feedback about what my daughter is excelling or struggling in. Other than that, we have had zero issues in the 4+ years we have been there."

"Amazing teachers, staff, and curriculum that have helped my child develop into a well rounded individual. The teachers very obviously care deeply about each and every child. The curriculum is better than any I've ever seen, including our previous Montessori school. My child comes home excited every day to tell me what he's learned that day.
