"It’s been horrible. I think we are going to leave. I hate it and my husband does as well. His behavior has worsened at home significantly since we started taking him here. I’ve also asked about change in price since he’s now doing before and after care only instead of full day preschool. I’ve yet to get an itemized price and I know we have a credit from missing a week due to vacation. I need to adjust our auto-billing and can’t until I know the price."

I would be better if the school can maintain the same staff because I do believe it is good for the children, especially mine who does not easily adapt to changes like this. Thank you"

"Again, it started with a great director when we had our first child almost 6 years ago. After she left the new director let the place fall apart. We had a deposit in at another childcare waiting on openings for both our children when the current director came in and made some serious change to improve the situation."

"Your company site advertises flex care but our director on more than 4 occasions has strongly discouraged us from using and insisted we go to part time. Despite having 5 occasions at school where our child was given dairy with a known dairy allergy on record. The only thing keeping us there is the flex care but if we found another option we would take it."

"A teacher got aggressive with my 1 year old and it was never addressed. Called the regionals cell phone and she never called me back. It took the director over a week to call me back and when she did her answer was to put the teacher in another classroom. They refused to review the video cameras and the teacher is still watching children there. Children are not safe at this center and the regional Manager is useless. "

"They don’t keep me updated with other kids having anything contagious. With strict policies on attendance y’all allowing other kids to get sick too. My child only been here a few months and been sick more than any other school they attended"
